CeeDee Lamb Says Nobody in the League Can Stop Dallas After the Cowboys Roll the Eagles on MNF

The Cowboys walked into Lincoln Financial Field and left with a 38-21 Monday Night Football win over the Eagles, and CeeDee Lamb wasn’t shy about what it means. As first reported by ClutchPoints, Lamb said after the game, “Once we get going, I don’t think there’s — no, I know for a fact there’s not a person in this league that can stop us.”

Lamb backed it up with two touchdown catches, including a 16-yard score late in the third quarter that put Dallas ahead for good. Dak Prescott threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns, two to Lamb and one to George Pickens, who made an acrobatic 21-yard grab right before halftime. Javonte Williams did the dirty work on the ground with 155 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries.

The IAHHM Take

We love the confidence. Receivers are supposed to talk like that. But let’s keep it a buck about the context.

Philly was banged up. Jalen Hurts was out injured, so Tanner McKee got the start and threw for 211 yards and a touchdown. Saquon Barkley found the end zone but only got seven carries for 62 yards. The Eagles have now lost five straight and sit at 2-5.

Dallas, meanwhile, snapped a two-game skid but is still 3-4. “Unstoppable” teams usually aren’t under .500 in late October. Still, the formula on display was real: a 155-yard ground game, Dak spreading it between Lamb and Pickens, and a defense that kept a depleted Eagles offense in check. If that version shows up every week, the NFC East race gets interesting fast.

Speaking of Dallas storylines, catch up on where former Cowboys corner Trevon Diggs stands in Seattle.

So what do you think: is this the turning point for the Cowboys, or did they just catch the Eagles at the right time?
