One of the original Air Jordan 1 colorways is back. The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Royal” releases Saturday, October 10.
The details
It’s the classic recipe: black leather with Varsity Royal on the toe, Swooshes, collar and heel, a white midsole and a royal blue outsole. The blue leather has extra texture around the collar. This pair uses the regular High OG build, not the ’85 shape.
The box is a bonus. Jordan Brand designed special packaging around the 1985 Nike photoshoot in Oregon where Michael Jordan wore the Royals, with the famous road photo on the outside and more shots from that session inside.
