Nigerian New York Based Artist Musmah Releases New Hotel Lafayette Project
Nigerian rapper and singer Musmah is on fire these days. Returning to the scene with a fire new EP titled Hotel Lafayette. Hailing from Abuja, Nigeria, by way of New York, Musmah is ready for the world to hear how musically gifted he truly is. This body of work is living proof.
Within 5 tracks, Musmah infuses with Nigerian roots over steadfast, uptempo melodies. With the Afrobeat flair spewing throughout, his unique flow and cadence easily make this his most impressive release to date. To ensure the success of Hotel Lafayette the New York native enlisted the help of fellow rising artists Ozone and SGaWD. You will hear Ozone rapping on track 4 titled “Decisions” while the sultry songbird SGaWD appears on the closing track “Friday”.
Having made it on the Source’s Artist to Watch list for 2021 Musmah is in a lane of his own creativity soaring high. He plans to take his career up a notch with each release as he is more inspired than ever creatively. Gaining mainstream attention with this release puts him on track to have his most successful year yet.
