Blu3chew Interview

Who is Blu3ch3w?

Blu3ch3w is an American Hip Hop artist on a mission to be great and change lives.

Where are you from where are you currently located?

I was born and raised in Borinquen Plaza Brooklyn, New York.

How did you get your start in the music business?

I started off joking with my friends making songs and raps about them. My cousin Young Gunna, kept saying that I should start rapping and that it might be a good idea since I had so many other qualities that would compliment me as a rapper. So I gave it a try and people started liking my music.

As a result, I started pursuing music full time and  gained most of my confidence when DJ Self from power 105.1, played my song called “Get To The Bag” on the radio. He played it  for multiple weeks and I have been on a mission to make it and change lives ever since.

What was the inspiration behind your latest single “Tonight” and what was the vision for the video?

For this song, I wanted to make it about nights I have had chilling in my neighborhood drunk, thinking about causing trouble towards people that was just getting on your nerves for no reason.  Along with the NYPD,  “Tonight” is  just a song about that average night outside drunk and high, mixed with rage.

Who do you hope to work with in the music business?

Meek Mill for sure.

When can we expect a full project from you?

I am working towards releasing a full project on June 17th.

How can your fans stay in contact with you?

By following me on Instagram @blu3ch3w.
