I enjoyed this project more than the first one and a song that stood out to me the most was “Corey“.. Dave displayed his underrated storytelling skills from his friend's perspective.. basically talking about his friend dealing with his newfound fame and trying not to be weird about it, too much pride from his friend.. he had so much pride that he started to push Dave away.. then towards the end of the track, Dave plays some voicemails from his friend showing him reaching out and putting his pride to the side.. excellent song.
Great beats on here, give this a listen if you haven't already.. I think Dave East is here to stay longterm.
