Tony Paperz is a rising artist from South Bronx, NY who presented us with his latest single “Grind From The Side”. WE decided to give this single a strong 3 out of 5 rating. Simply due to the fact that I feel as if Paperz is a lyricist and shouldn't necessarily chase singles or a sound. His voice and flow is strong enough to be considered an underground lyricist and I think he should focus more on the strength of his natural music voice. Making his debut on the IAHHM platform, we have new music from rising artist Tony Paperz from South Bronx NY here to drop off his latest single “Grind From The Side” .Currently working on his 3rd Ep “Hottest Winter” set to drop early 2019 he released the 1st single from the project “Grind from the side” produced by his in-house producer Matt Calico; A club banger with a feel-good dance kind of vibe available on all music platforms which is sure to gain momentum going into the new year.
He's been featured in various showcases around new york city, performing at premier venues like S.O.B's (several different times & once opening up for “No Malice of The Clipse), Club Lust (Opening up for Maino & Uncle Murda), The H-Loft, Nuyorican Café, The West End lounge & in Baltimore in “The Dope & The Dealer concert” just to name a few. Tony Paperz has been a guest on various radio shows on the DSN radio network such as “The Vantage Point”, “Doghouse Radio” , “BossChick Radio” , “Get 2 Know Me” (as well as shows from other radio networks like DTF, YAC, & ZonedOut.net) His ambition and willingness to always continuing learning will only bring him further in the music industry.
His sophomore project “A Thin Line Between Love & Lust” was released in Dec 2017 telling different views & stories of his past, present, & future dealing with different women in his life.
