“Elevators: Act I & II” album review.

Bishop Nehru has been so quiet but slowly growing into a solid artist at just 21 years old.. keeping that nostalgic sound afloat, he always reminded me of Joey Bada$$.. his newest work, Elevators: Act I & II.

12 songs on here but it’s split into 2 parts.. Act I: Ascension and Act II: Free Falling, Kaytranada produced one half and MF Doom produced another half.. interesting way of putting this project together.. only one feature from Lion Babe.

I already know Bishop Nehru is gonna come with the flows and bars but wow the production on here is amazing, i love the feeling i get from hearing “The Game Of Life“.. a vibrant jazzy joint then “Rollercoasting“.. a blissful chill joint, the vibes throughout are enjoyable.. i still want more after listening to this.. this almost feels like an EP but i know he’s still cooking up so i’m looking forward to what’s next for the young MC.
