“Black Panther (Soundtrack)” album review.

First and foremost the Black Panther movie is amazing and I need to see it again.. everyday for the rest of my life.. well not really but you get it.. great film, I was gonna wait to listen to this album before watching but that didn’t happen.

14 tracks on here full of big names from TDE of course.. (no isaiah rashad though which was odd to me), Vince Staples, Khalid, Jorja Smith, Zacari, The weeknd, Anderson .Paak, Mozzy and my first time hearing SOB X RBE.

I love how if you watched the movie then go back and listen to this album you’ll hear sounds from the movie like the chats or just subtle sounds sprinkled throughout.. I love how the songs flow to the next on here too.. my favorite moment is “Bloody Waters” leading into “King’s Dead“… gets me so hype, speaking of “King’s Dead“.. Future…. what was he doing??? He lowkey ruined the song for me, I have no idea what he was doing.. they really let that slide in the studio.. are you on 10 yet!? Yeah that “X” song is HEAT and I need a new ScHoolboy Q album soon.. pretty much every TDE showed why we need a new project from them on here.. oh yeah “Redemption” sounds exactly like “Too Good” by Drake and Rihanna.. I noticed it immediately.. but it’s cool, still a good groovy song.. but anyways give this album a listen.. and watch the movie if you haven’t already.
